This web research and data scraping project of information is all about the QUALITY of information as opposed to QUANTITY of records. Target Company Description - The company/organizations are located in: CANADA, USA, (and if possible United Kingdom, European Economic Community {must have English website presence} and Australia). - Are privately owned or an non-government organization (NGO) attached to a university and/or Funding Agency. - Specializing in providing M&E (measurement & evaluation), evaluation, project logic frameworks (PMF) and/or performance measurement frameworks (PMF) to their clients and aid organizations domestically and internationally. - Has over 5 people working in them. - Records supplied need to include the leaders name.
