Must have a high level of customer service experience with professional appearance, and excellent communication skills. • Answers all incoming calls in a professional, caring manner • Ability to interact with public in an appropriate manner • Communicates both verbal and written messages clearly, transfers call smoothly • Greets guests in a professional and caring manner • Ability to enter information into computer • Consistently follows instructions and company policies • Communicates well on key information and any deviations from procedures or other issues • Keeps retail inventory stocked • Keeps filing current • Works well with other employee's in a team spirit • Stays within assigned schedule • Communicates well with supervisors/co-workers regarding work related issues, is resourceful in finding ways to deal with and resolve problems that hinder progress.
