Punching Solutions is a U.S based embroidery/digitizing company and provides embroidery and vector art services to our clients. We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant who can make calls to leads provided by the company and who have good communication skills. Our target market is Europe especially Germany. We need at least 2 hours engagement per day and 60/70 calls/day. • Fluency in the German Language. • Good Email Drafting skills. • Ability to use Computers, Internet etc. • Sales Experience Preferred. • Good Communication Skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer services skills.
