Transfer Product Data From Existing Website - Data Entry and Web Scraping

Hey there Freelancers, we're a well established eCommerce company preparing to launch a new website (Magento platform). We have an existing website that is built with very outdated software. We have no way of automating product export/import between the two, so we're manually inputting products into spreadsheets for upload to the new Magento site. What we need is someone to handle a bulk of simpler products. You will be responsible for pulling product data for approximately 1000 simple items from the current site and inputting it to a provided Excel spreadsheet format. Since we own the current site, we can even provide access to a copy of the SQL database if there is a talented individual out there that can develop a script to extract the necessary data. However, some manual input will still be required, as the new Magento site utilizes attributes that do not exist on the current site, although the information can be found within the product title and description. If data mining/scraping doesn't work, it will simply be a cut-and-paste job. Thorough work and strong attention to detail is a must. Also hoping to establish a relationship with the right person for repeat work on this and other projects. Attached is an outline of the product fields that need to be input. Full excel template will be provided upon project beginning.
