Temporary Quality Assurance Engineer (Contract Basis in Singapore)

1) Assist in document control activities such as updating document master list, issuing document number, scanning, filing and archiving of documents. Review for the documents at certain level is required. Examples of the documentation include but not limited to: a) Engineering Change Control b) Engineering related protocols and reports c) Drawings or Off-The-Shelf (OTS) part specification d) Internal Quality Audit e) Equipment calibration f) Preventive maintenance (PM) g) Maintain training record 2) Assist the calibration activities such as preparing equipment list label and equipment packing for calibration. 3) Participate company's Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Risk Management team as a team member. Support the safety inspection which is conducted every 6 months, maintain the safety records such as safety manual, inspection record, SDS of chemical and risk assessment. ✅ Age 25 and above, ✅ Minimum completed polytechnic diploma in Engineering, ✅ Has experience in Document Control and Record Management or has worked in a quality control work environment is preferred, ✅ Singaporean or Singapore PR only, ✅ Proficient in the English language, ✅ Good attitude, patient and task oriented
