I have computed that it will take more than a month to finish watching given that you will give your 24hours which is impossible. To understand the content of video and deliver what is needed, one needs to be careful and playing "fast-forward" is not advisable since you need to understand the content and take down notes. I have carefully assessed that I can make 15hours of watching per day with a full-depth understanding of the video content and assurance that all required information will be delivered. I'm not sure I am what you want I am a single freelancer and 700 hours of footage would take quite a few days to watch nevermind write notes for. You may be looking for someone who will pass the job onto a large number of other freelancers for speed if so you can stop reading. I can bring a friend or two on to speed things up but I mainly work alone or with old coworkers. But if you want someone dedicated to quality who will watch the videos intently and write with native American English I'm your girl.
