Hi I am searching for an assistant for my accounting firm that helps me on a regular basis with simple data processing tasks. The process is as follows: 1. you get a folder with scanned receipts as pdf 2. you look at each receipt and extract bookkeeping information: [Date] [Company], [service], [currency] [amount].pdf, for example: 01.02.2019 Swisscom, Mobiltelefon, CHF [login to view URL] 3. You create an excel table with the data from the receipts ([Date] [Company], [service], [currency] [amount]) The receipts are in german language and the file names need to be in german as well. If you are not a german speaker, then google translate could do the job for you. I am willing to pay a premium if the work is delivered in a high quality and on time. Also a premium is paid if your communication skills are great and if we can establish a long term relationship

Greeting, Thanks for the description and taking time to read my offer My name Khairil from Indonesia. Just finished read through the whole post, i am sure that the job desc are very straight forward, regarding the file names and receipt detail which will be in german language. I think google translate should be more than enough to do this part. I am available as needed basis or we can agree on fixed hours/week or fulltime hours/week for this role. I am seriously looking to make this a long term cooperation. I never missed any deadline in my previous job so you can expect me to always meet deadline for this role as well. Feel free to test me with dummy/real receipt data in german language. I have question : -How often we expect to receive scanned receipts as pdf ? daily or weekly ? -Are those receipt detail always in german or mixed with any other language like english or french ? -What will be the file renaming rule ? I think it should be in german, correct ? I know there will be some detail of the job desc that need to be discussed in detail.
