Good day. I have been working as a virtual assistant for a couple of years now handling data entry, admin and phone support. I am knowledgeable in using online applications like google docs. I'm a fast learner and willing to undergo training that would help me to get a better understanding of what I needed to do. I also used to work as a call centre representative for 3 years handling dental insurance in the US. I am very attentive when it comes to the details and the familiar when it comes to phone etiquette. I am willing to start anytime, 20-40 hours a week. To give you a brief overview of my skillset – I have been with BPO Industry for 10 years and have contributed to various IT Roles. I worked for a broadband account from 2009 to 2011. After that I worked for Microsoft under SITEL from 2011 to 2013. I transferred to ECE as a Level 2 Technician from 2013 to 2015 and switched to JET as an Order Processor and got promoted as a Supervisor from 2016 to 2018. I went back working from home from March of 2018. I am a Microsoft Certified Technician and Associate and has a lot of experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, Data Entry and I am also knowledgeable in using Zendesk and Netsuite.
