- Receive daily reports from freelancers (by 11AM every day) and follow up with freelancers if report is missing.
I am used to working with stringent deadlines and getting things done before a specific period. e.g. at a bank if payments werent completed on time the customers wouldn't be happy.
- When reports are missing or there is an error, notify GM and log in Freelancer’s file in our PM system.
I have a good attention to detail and could comfortably track any errors.
- Send biweekly updates to GM on each project. Includes: What we completed since last update & what we expect to complete by next update + any speed bumps. If GM approves update, send to client.
I have sent reports in multiple capacities and can create elaborate and specific updates as required.
- Administrative tasks when on-boarding new clients
I worked in recruitment and dealt with 3 month on boarding processes.
- Create project tracking board in Monday (our project management software)
I have not completed a task like this but learn extremely fast.
- Organize folders in Google Drive.
