Marathi DTP (Typist) required for continuous marathi typing, project will go more than one year....

Anyone WITH LITERATURE BACKGROUND, GOOD HOLD ON MARATHI, SANSKRIT LANGUAGE WILL BE VERY HIGHLY PREFERRED.

Anyone WITH SHREE LIPI FOR MARATHI TYPING WILL BE PREFERRED.

This is a very customized project in which I have few scanned pdf's, hardbinded books, and some sound (mp3) files. You are required to read the pdf's, hard bind books, and or listen to the mp3 files and type them in MARATHI LANGUAGE and send the files back to me. I will provide marathi language typing software/tools (Akruti etc..) which you can download and install. You will be required to type the material in specific marathi fonts I supply (e.g. Akruti etc...). This is NOT a typical data entry multi million organization data entry. This is a VERY SIMPLE marathi typing work, however you are REQUIRED to know the following:-

1) Marathi language Grammer Rules (kanha, matra, ukar etc...) for writing/typing marathi language

2) Very Good typing speed

3) You should must know microsoft word, adobe page maker, and how to use these tools for marathi language fonts etc...

4) Good communication skills are must - YOU SHOULD MUST BE PROMPT IN COMMUNICATING AS AND WHEN REQUIRED - IF YOU ARE LAZY IN COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS - PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT. I WILL NOW PAY IF YOU ARE NOT PROMPT IN COMMUNICATION. I HAVE NO TIME TO CHASE YOU OVER PHONE AND EMAILS. - PLEASE BE CRYSTAL CLEAR ON THIS POINT.

The project consists of more than 10,000 pages in all. I am in process of processing the entire data that needs to be typed and will go on for more than a year for sure. PLEASE "DO NOT" I REPEAT "DO NOT" QUOTE FOR 10,000 pages - this is just for you to scale the magnitude of the project.

You will be required TO EXCLUSIVELY SIGN THE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT, you are not allowed to keep any material that is shared with you. This work is exclusively for non profit monastery and hence budget is EXTREMELY TIGHT but work is long term, if I like your work it can go beyond your imagination as I have more than 30,000 BOOKS that needs conversion. Hence please be very fair in your quotes.

You will be required to prove that you can do good marathi DTP with CORRECT GRAMMER. I leave this to you to prove this. If I am not satisfied I will send you test page which you will be required to send back to me typed in marathi with correct grammer within stipulated timeframe I tell you.

3) Cost per 10000 pages A4 Size irrespective of font style, size etc.. (I prefer Akruti @ 10 font size)

and finally 4) Cost per hour and your hourly production rate (pages)

In above bid type (1), (2), and (3) I should clearly be able to see the concession.
