The qualified individual must be detail oriented. We are looking for someone who is flexible as well. We need someone to start as soon as possible. Job Description: I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me arranges meetings in London. I'll be travelling from Argentina to the UK in May and need someone to call to possible clients and arrange meetings. More details will be provided to the right candidate Your responsibilities: - Dataentry into Excel, Word or other programs - Research using the Internet or other information databases (I also have a list of possible clients to be called) - Outbound calling to arrange meetings with the new possible clients - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online and on Freelancer.com during agreed-upon office hours Your qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Excellent English skils - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - A complete [Removed by Admin] profile - References or an established reputation on Freelancer.com preferred
