improve dynamic calendar updates

1st attachment: 1. Get rid of "enable content" on opening, make a trusted workbook. 2. Add 4 offerings to a drop-down class menu. (I'll provide the additional information in more detail once hired) 3. Between columns 'AG' Add macro buttons or VBA for an interactive dynamic list of classes that prompt the existing dynamic calendars in the same way the drop-down class menu already does. Can have list print on second page next to 'scheduled location & times...' written information. 4. Correct printing error, right now in 'print preview' it only show the 1st page and not the second page containing written information. Need the print button once selected to go to top left of excel sheet and print from the backstage area. 5. Indicate the existence of the drop-down menus by adding a down arrow or icon. 6. Make sure all the class selection in the drop down menu work AND that the button list of classes work with ALL the dynamic calendars including all written information for the classes showing-up when selected and disappearing when a new class or year is selected. **Class selections may have up-to 60 line items of written information, please accommodate. It is critical that it works without errors and that it prints as instructed, specifically that it prompts the print button to go to excel back page menu and select print from left sidebar menu triggering user print set-up. 2nd attachment: 1. Add formula that indicates if supply gets less than 75% we need to order more, need the "order more?" cell to go from green to red. 2. Add a formula that lists the last person in the workbook. 3. Add a formula that shows date of when the workbook was last updated.
