We are looking for an administrative associate to join our team. Duties are listed below. We're searching for someone who is reliable and looking for long-term employment. The company is rapidly expanding so there is a lot of room to grow with us. Responsibilities: Responding to media, event and customer inquiries Researching new retail products Handling supply orders for multiple stores Emailing vendors Handling various projects Scheduling repairs Some basic office tasks (i.e. scanning and saving invoices) Tracking office inventory Organizing select office spaces Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Problem solving skills Knowledge of Word and Excel
