I saw your job posting and I would like to offer my service. I have a total of five years experience in over-the-phone customer support and sales and two more in chat, email, and face-to-face. All my customer service experience was towards international clients but the majority are Americans. This fits well with the primary qualifications you are looking for. In addition to that, I recently received an online training that thought me skills to accomplish various administrative tasks necessary to be a competent virtual assistant. Among these are email and social media marketing and WordPress management. although I am at a beginner level on these tasks, I am very willing to get better and learn more things.
I'm available to start immediately 4 to six hours, Monday to Friday.
