excel - update line chart based on selections

i have an excel file with customer codes and sales values. There are 'n' customers (say 5,000), and each customer has sales values for 12 periods (in the example). I would like to graph each customer's sales in the period in a line chart. I would like the line chart to update each time i select a customer. for example, if I select customer 123, then that customers sales are graphed. If I select customer 456, then that customer's sales are graphed. This is is a sample of what I'm trying to do. If successful, there is a larger project based on the above principles. Sample file is attached. If you want to do this project please send back either a simple working example for the project, or provide some background on how you'd solve it.
