The CIO Executive Assistant provides complex administrative tasks for the Vice Provost for Information Technology/CIO and leaders and staff who are members of the CIO office. This includes coordinating and facilitating IT Governance meetings and managing presentations and supporting materials, scheduling and organizing events sponsored by the CIO and staff members. It requires managing the calendars of people who meet regularly with the institutions' highest decision makers. It also includes the coordination of travel arrangements and national speaking engagements for the CIO and staff members and the coordination and organization of hosted regional and national conferences.

I presume this may be an onsite role? I have worked in the info tech industry for a number of years if that is of help If not and is simply a matter of managing schedules, speaking arrangements and being discreet then that is not a problem I am looking to do remote work am available the specified 40 hours a week and love challenges
