Location: China Shenzhen
Criteria: Good command over Chinese and intermediate command over English, punctual, efficient, organised. Must have own laptop, with good documentation skills.
Duration: 7 days in April 2019 2nd till the 5th and 8th to 11th.
Time: 9 am to 5:30 pm (with 30 mins break)
Overview:
We require an organised individual, to assist the CEO to liaise with suppliers and to organise meetings and prepare documents. The individual is expected to be present on site (hotel) for the time and duration stated. In addition, he/she would be responsible for drafting emails, calling suppliers, arranging samples for future orders, and tracking all of these activities.
Key Features:
Using email and internal communication systems to find and contact suppliers (for a host of commodities that need sourcing)
Contacting suppliers to arrange for samples, ensuring details are accurately provided and to keep a follow up on these.
Organising samples into categories, and label them where necessary.
Arranging meetings when needed.
Assisting with translation (between Chinese and English) to aid communication.
