Hi Stephen, I went through your requirement, and here is my brief understanding of your requirement. 1> Each Group, has multiple milestones 2> Each Milestone has multiple tasks and one or more output to it. 3> Each of these are currently mapped against a week/date. 4> Your requirement is to get a consolidated view such that you get a complete view of the timelines. e.g from your sheet Group1 starts on 03-09-2018 and ends on 31-12-2018. Similarly task1 starts on 03-09-2018 and ends on 10-09-2018. Also the dates for Milestone 1 is 17-09-2018 and Output 1 22-10-2018. This can be either achieved manually (whereby one goes at each of these and manually gets the dates). However if the work-plan is bigger, I recommend the use of a VBA code, that can run on the work-plan sheet, gather all of the information and present it in a logical and easy to read/understand format. More importantly, this can work for all future changes that are made on the master work plan sheet, or a new sheet (as long as it has a similar format) I have over 10 years of creating customized excel based solutions for companies like Dupont, Accenture, Walmart, Sams Club to name a few.
