Build a database

I need a customize example database for my internal project. The database consist of a company employees details. Each employee shall have his/her own access record by user name and password with all security measure. There are multiple department in the company and each employee can view only subordinate employee information. In addition to this there will be hierarchy between employees. There will be multiple manger within department who can view their junior records. In brief you need to cover the following 1. All employees must be able to view all the employee records except the financials. 2. An employee can only view his/her financials 3. All the managers must be able to view all the records of employees working under them You need to provide a detail relationship between table covers above requirement and provide queries for create or alter views for accessing the records.
