Looking for a highly motivated, self-starter for assistant position in busy office. Responsibilities include: Reporting directly to manager, assisting with all daily tasks Ensure quality customer service to all clients Assist with customer service calls Ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed accurately and efficiently Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items Respond to questions and requests for information Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed Generate Sale leads **Knowledge of Social Media and Marketing** Must have: Above average typing and computer skills Professional polite phone etiquette Proven ability to multi-task Excellent people and communication skills Knowledge of Social Media Marketing *Training will be provided *Immediately Hiring ** Full time and Part time Position**

I feel very enthusiasmic about this project because i feel it's a good way to apply all my knowledge in business and communication.
