Divine Company Administrator role. Divine Company [login to view URL] provides entertainment to the events industry. We are looking for a self employed, freelance administrator to take calls from our clients and perform various administrative tasks. The Administrator will be dealing with complex logistics for high level corporate and private events; as such the role comes with quite a lot of responsibility and trust. The role requires an individual who is organised, professional, able to work calmly under pressure, has a keen eye for detail, has a cheerful, can-do approach to their work and is looking for a long term position. Responsibilities: • To deal with client enquiries, answering questions, giving advice and helping the client find the best solution for their needs. • Writing proposals and issuing quotes. • keeping the company diary tidy as enquiries are confirmed, released or archived. • Responding to artists queries about jobs. • Exchanging contracts with clients, issuing contracts to artists. • Generating and sending client invoices. • Logging supplier invoices in our accounts system. • Logging new clients in our contacts system. • Occasionally arranging rehearsal space. • Keeping artist insurance details up to date (requesting and saving 1 document per year per artist). Skills Professional and warm telephone and email manner. Good maths and English, good general level of computer literacy. Hours and pay This job is commission based, for an efficient Administrator the hourly rate works out at approximately £10ph, and on average £500pcm (allowing for seasonal fluctuations). The administrator will need to be generally available during office hours, the role may suit somebody who already works from home, has a part time job or is looking for a role that can fit alongside other flexible work. Our work is highly seasonal and we need someone who will be able to cope on very busy days. An estimate would be an average of 0-4 hours per day depending on the season. I can do all these as i am very good at programming and also very good at meeting people. I can manage people and clients and smart to attract them too. I need 1500 pounds per month and i can work 4 hr per day other than sat/sun . I also need bonus depends on my performance thanks and let me know.
