Hands on experience in working with Tableau Desktop – Building quick views, Sorting, Grouping, Hierarchy, Table Calculations, Functions, Advanced Filtering, Sets, Page Trials, Forecast, Trend Lines, Actions, Parameters, Data Blending,Cross Tab, Reports Formatting, Data Extracts, Incremental Refresh, Packaged workbooks, Dashboards and publish on server, Setting security permissions to dashboards on Tableau server etc.
Hands on experience in publishing dashboards in to server and can set permissions to the dashboard users, Can Install Tableau Software, Print reports or dashboards to PDF, Export the data to Cross Tab / Image / Data formats.
Good experience in able to prepare Visualizations (Charts / Graphs) as to find new trends and various patterns in the data and to show actionable data insights to the management in order to help me to take strategic decision making effectively.
Build Tiled or floating methods in dashboards and add quick filters as able to give free control to the stakeholders to access the required results on the screen.
Preparing KPI reports and working on calculated fields
Worked on Dual Axis concept while working with reports for comparing different metrics.
Worked on dashboards with Sheet selectors by using parameters
Publishing Workbooks in to Tableau QA/server.

I was in Infosys for more than 16+ years and as part of this i was managing anaytics projects for more than 3 years. I have worked on different data analysis problems. In one of the project we did a model for agent churn for a one of the large insurance customer.
