We are an American/Canadian virtual call center looking for someone who is friendly & confident on the phone and via text to respond IMMEDIATELY to our customers needs and over-communicate with them. You must have an American, Canadian, English, Scottish, Irish, Australian, New Zealand accent when speaking over the phone. We cover messaging and phone calls for multiple businesses mainly within the home services industry. You will be sending initial messages and estimates out to customers as soon as you receive their leads. We will set this up to send a notification to your phone at which point you will drop what you are doing and message them + enter their information into our system. You will not be working constantly- in total you will only be working 1 hour per day or less but the key is that we need you to always be near your phone or computer and ready to respond QUICKLY to any requests.

Good day. I have been working as a virtual assistant for more than a year now handling admin and phone support and I'm fluent in english langugage. I'm a fast learner and willing to undergo to a training that would help me to get a better understanding of what I needed to do. I also used to work as a call center representative for 1 years. I am very attentive when it comes to the details and very familiar when it comes to phone etiquette. I am willing to start anytime, 20-40 hours a week. Hello Dear Concern, I have read your requirements very carefully and I believe I will be one of the best people which will fit in your requirements. I have more than 8 years of professional experience in multiple fields. Mostly in call center and customer support. The last company I worked for is Field Nation LLC there I have to perform, 1: Incoming call support 2: Email Support 3: Provide resolution of the problem. 1: People used to call me over the phone where I have to attend to their queries and provide resolution. They do have multiple queries and issues on work, software, communication which I had to handle. 2: They used to create in-app ticket mentioning the queries where I had to provide support via email. 3: Buyers and technicians both used to reach out to us for support with different queries where I had to take care of the queries and provide resolution on that. I was in level 2 which is Customer Resolution Specialist. I was the final person to provide this type of transferred support. There is a team who used to handle this and if they failed to provide any resolution I used to take care of that. I am keen to work on this project. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
