E-commerce store selling a technical product is looking for a CS agent who will be working in EU timezone 3 hours daily - Monday to Friday

We will need your assistance in some holidays also on Saturday.

Main market is UK and you will be working from 6 to 9 PM UK time.

Requirements:

- Perfect English and fluent Spanish

- Time flexibility - a dedicated person who will work a long term

- Positive personalty who will be working with a team.

- Attentive to details

- Computer with a great internet and audio headphones

Job description

Get customer calls, provide information on product through telephone, chat and email. Do after sale support, fill reports

We will organize a training of working procedure and product we sell online.
