We are looking for a customer service representative from Philippines or other countries if you are skilled person.
We will give a preference to those who currently is running on freelancer other customer service job also is experienced in cold calls / sales / b2b.
General requirement is a customer support by phone, chat, email. Later on in few weeks we will start also sales job.
For customer support:
Job volume - 7-10 calls per working day - 5 - 7 min each
5-10 chat requests. - 5 - 15 min each.
Required working days:
Monday to Friday - business hours NZ time
Starting from Sunday night - as it is daytime in New Zealand
We offer fixed contract on freelancer+ commission when you will be engaged into sales team.
