Our growing retail business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies, and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.

Hi, I have reviewed requirements properly and would like to mention that I am fully capable to handle and manage critical aspects. I can offer quick and accurate assistance to customers with great quality. I have 8+ years of experience of providing customer support services. I worked with several BPO companies and provided support services for wide range of process including technical and non-technical , pre-sales and post-sales both via emails/tickets/live-chat/social media/phone. I have great expertise in assisting potential or existing customers/clients before, during and after a purchase of product and service with their relevant questions and suggesting information about other products and services as well. Well versed in handling furious clients and also have great exposure in handling and managing cases like: refunds, cancellation, tracking, updating customer info, process orders on customer behalf, etc. Apart from this, the best practice I do is that I log/save questions which are not answered in provided protocols, FAQs and database of questions and answers.
