Currently Hiring a Claim Specialist/Customer Service Agent open to flexible hours to provide the following: **Note - Due to the hours - This position does not work well as a second job. Applicants in Chicago or surrounding suburbs will be given preference** Telephone support to our client, taking damage claims and providing assistance to our callers who are in need of repair services or loaner equipment. Using our resources you will ensure that claims are filed and addressed in a timely manner, and callers are provided any loaner equipment needed for their comfort. You will need: - A quiet home office environment (All of our positions are based from home) - Reliable high speed internet - A Core i3 or later computer or laptop with minimum 200gig hard drive and 3gb RAM - The ability to work nights and weekends - A commitment to issue resolution and excellent customer service skills - Highly effective multitasking skills and strong attention to detail You will be required to work weeknight shifts. ****Shifts are overnight on weeknights and are days or nights on weekends. Weekend shifts are mandatory.**** Call volumes per shift vary with peak times and slower periods. Candidates must provide availability for training and will receive guidance through a mentor during active shifts. Additional work is also available. This is long term work for the right candidate. Your qualifications: - At least 5 years Customer Service or similar experience. - Must present a polished and extremely professional phone presence. - Highly Organized - Ability to work independent of supervision - Must be comfortable in an online learning environment - training and mentor activity is done online - Ability to keep track of detail and follow up when necessary - Excellent Oral and Written communication skills - Exceptional Customer Service and Organization skills - Cost Analysis - Prior experience in a Telecommute position is highly desirable
