We need someone who can check customer service emails, process replacements, and verify orders daily. This is a long-term, ongoing position. This job takes about 30 minutes per day. Responsibilities: - Processing replacement shipments for customers after checking daily emails - Verifying addresses and checking over orders before approving them to ship - Updating inventory records - Sending customers a feedback request form weekly Requirements: - Must be fluent in English - Must have reliable internet connection without frequent power outages - Must be comfortable interacting with customers in a polite and friendly manner - Must have previous customer service experience - Must be able to complete the job sometime after 4:00 AM and before 8:00AM (UTC−05:00) Notes: I have a detailed training website with instructions and FAQ's so you can quickly learn the material. I just need to explain to them that this happens sometimes due to a weather conditions and holidays. Or can offer them to send back the item so that we can issue a refund. I always apologize in the first place and offer a discount/replacement. Or if its a shipping thing. I can say that It was the courier company's error, not ours. There was this customer who was irritated because he received the wrong product. I compensated him with free updated delivery for the replacement and he was happy. Sometimes we can offer a partial refund to make them happy. Obviously according to the company policies. Moreover, I have 8 years of experience in customer support.

I had an experience of receiving an email from a really irate customer saying that he is not satisfied and very disappointed with the service he purchased online. I have more than 4 years experience working as a customer service representative for many successful online stores on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Etsy etc. I know a lot about dealing with customers and making them happy keeping in mind we don't suffer loss as profit is why one is doing business. 1. After 4:00 AM and before 8:00 AM UTC time is fresh morning time for me in India so it would be easy for me to complete the day's work being in a fresh mind. 2. Hello XYZ, Thanks for reaching out. After reviewing the picture and videos, it is concluded that the product you received was damaged in transit and as a business honest to its customers, we do stand with our customers. Our manager has approved a complete replacement for your order and we have attached a return shipping label to this email for you to return the damaged item. As soon as we receive the damaged goods in its original packaging to our warehouse, we will ship a brand new product to your address. We really apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thanks for the understanding. 3. While I was working for one of my client having a US-based Amazon account, I received an email from a customer with all cuss words stating that the product isn't working. As he received the shoes he was really unsatisfied and ask for a full refund. on that situation we call the customer and apologize for the mistake not only that we sent him another pair of shoes which he ordered and also provide him a voucher just to make him feel that we appreciate his value. That customer was so satisfied he ordered another pair of shoes and since then he was our regular customer. i hope you read the answer above i provided and will consider me for this job. Sometimes the carrier can unintentionally damage the item in transit , as we do perform a quality check on every single item in our warehouse before dispatching it out to our customers. Good day! I worked as an order support specialist in almost a month for ProFlowers, so I'm kind of familiar with how the work is being down. I've also done emails for their customers. To answer your questions, here it is: 1.) If what you meant is Eastern Time, then yes. I used to follow EST in my previous job, so this won't be an issue. 2.) "We are deeply sorry that you received a damaged item, this was never our intention. Rest assured that a replacement package is on its way. Hoping it would still brighten up your day." 3.) I was working as a telco customer service rep. The guy didn't want to speak with someone outside the states, because everyone seemed to misunderstood and misinformed him. He was so mad and wanted to speak with my supervisor or an American rep. What I did was, I acknowledged the customer's concern and apologized. It's been a hard day for him trying to resolve an issue anyway. It turns out that it was just a simple problem which could have been solved right away, if only the first rep that he spoke with tried to listen carefully and asked the right questions. It took a lot of patience from me, since he didn't want to listen at first. "Sir, if you'll just give me at least 1% of your trust then I'll surely do my best to help you out", well that line probably changed the course of our conversation.

And regarding the questions mentionned in your project description, 1 - yes i can complete this job between 4.00 AM and 8.00 AM i'm very ponctual when it comes to working and earning a living. 2 - Hello, we are terribly sorry to hear that the item you have recieved damaged, we always test our items before shipping, but sometimes the item may get damaged due to shipping methods, but be assured sir that we will replace your item immediately, we'll notify you once the item has been shipped 3 - i was working in a call center, as a customer support agent, one day i recieved a call from an angry customer who was trying to use his phone which didn't seem to work as it should, the problem was that the customer wasen't speaking english but was trying after 10 minutes of struggle i found out that he was a french, fortunately i'm fluent in french which made it easier for me to communicate with him and finally resolve his issue
