make adjustments in some joomla pages

I have a website that is almost ready. I need a few adjustments:
1) I need to create a large screen wide FOOTER with links, text, video, social icons etc. I will put everything, freelancer just needs to make the page structure.
2) I have some INLINE style for font size on some list <ul> items. This means the font size remains the same on all screens (not responsive). I need to fix this.
3) I have an image that I prefer NOT to become smaller in small screens. I prefer that the edges go outside the screen/viewport. But I do not want scrollbars on the browser. I think it is the overflow CSS property.
4) I made a separate article (a landing page) that does not belong to the main menu. ie you cannot go there from the main menu. But I still want to put the main menu on the landing page.
