Need to connect APIs for pulling data from Third Party System with password (basic authentication) to ZOHO CRM. I want to be sure that it's not just creating a new record, but also updating an existing record (there are often address, program, and data changes and these need to be pulled into and update in zoho without creating a new record. What I received from New Benefits (The 3rd party that I need to receive the data from) provides me with the details I need, but I cannot get it it to pull into Zoho automatically. This API Call needs to happen multiple times (for each Group ID) and it should be automated to perform the calls 1 time per day to update existing and add new members.
