Data Integration / Build out for Infor CRM / Saleslogix

Wencor Group ([login to view URL]) is an industry leader in the engineering, repair, and distribution of aerospace components for business, commercial and military aviation. Wencor distributes aftermarket aircraft parts for more than 3,500 suppliers on six continents, maintains over 150,000 active parts, and serves as the exclusive or preferred distributor for multiple manufacturers in the aviation industry. We will soon be starting an effort migrating our Sales Team from [login to view URL] to Infor CRM (Saleslogix). Prior to turning the Sales people loose into the CRM, I want to "build out" a few things... We like to show our Sales people data about their Accounts from external sources. For example, it is important for the Sales team to know that Delta Airlines has 907 aircraft In Service, and that 111 of them are Boeing 757s. What I was thinking is that a Tab in the Accounts area that provided a Customer's Fleet Summary. As for the data itself, while we have a database table that can be queried by customer for this information, we also have a Web Service that returns the Fleet Summary. This is just one example of perhaps 10 or so items that I would like to "pull into" CRM. And while I mention Tabs, Queries, and Web Services...I am not super-familiar with Infor CRM and would take recommendations on how best to preset customer based "external data and insights" in Infor CRM.
