I am planning a series of alternate-universe fangames of Puella Magi Madoka Magica, in which girls become extremely fat upon making their contracts and fight flesh-eating monsters known as Esurientes.

The actual story here is probably going to be very different.
The most important thing about this is that death in these games will be permanent, and the story will be non-linear, taking different turns depending on who dies and who's still alive at a given point. Wherever players lose their remaining characters will be treated as one of many different possible endings.
Given the complex nature of this story, we should probably decide on one linear story to start with, and then figure out all the different ways the story could adapt based on who is dead or alive.
I will share more with anyone who is interested in this.
