I am an Electrical Engineer with experience in PCB designing and Electronics hardware designing. Recently I completed 16 power relay project(Check it into my profile) but due to some payment issue I have to stop my project from delivery as you can see it into my profile rating. Client didn't even create milestone. At starting he agree to pay me before project delivery but after I finish the project he start avoiding my messages so this force me to stop my project from delivery. he gave me one start also.
