floppy ios for windows 2003 -- 2

HI, I have a dedicated server with limited options working in the KVM - see attached. Originally I had mounted the ios in 1 other system and installed windows 2003 from that, however currently the CD rom options in not working in the KVM. I want to reinsatall windows in the same system. The D drive of that system has windows 2003 directory from where I can run the setup. All I need is a floppy ios that I can boot from, use the cmd format c: /q and then D:, cd win2003, [login to view URL] and then reinstall for there. I have tried few options by google, however I think the iso has to be created and can then be done, which I am not an expert it.
