Custom design comprehensive indicators for Ninja Trader or MultiCharts in C#

I am a freelance trader with 15 years of trading experience. I do live off my trading. I am not a professional coder. For the task at hand I do need a creative, fast programmer, experienced in C#, able to code NinjaTrader and/or Multicharts. Ideally you should be a trader yourself, at ease with the trading lingo and principles of technical analysis.

The task is split into three objectives, each following upon successful completion of the foregoing. I´ll provide a very brief description with this posting:

1)

-Graphical implementation of a swing point indicator, with automatic drawing of horizontal, colored lines from the SPs

-Visual signal (pop-up box) when certain proprietary conditions around the swing levels are met.

-Undrawing of the before-mentioned swing-level-lines when different conditions are met.

Don´t be mistaken: There´s going to be a lot more detail and a lot of work in it. The software must be able to automatically identify, draw and undraw the swing level-lines upon completion of every 30-min candle in 60 markets simultaneously and in at least 5 timeframes (30,60, 120 and 240 min and daily). In case the infrastructure of NinjaTrader or Multicharts does not permit,, the task can be split upon multiple computers, accounts or multiple software entities on one computer ( i.e. each NinjaTrader entity scanning 10-20 currency pairs).

2) Re-drawing formerly invalid (and therefore deleted) swing levels when certain conditions are met anew within new trading ranges. This might involve saving former levels in a kind of database and checking whether some of these levels, though deleted might become valid once again. Re-drawing them, differently labelling them as ´historical´

3) Adding oscillators and other indicators and final creation of trading signals
