Create C++ Windows EXE program to enter form data to XML

Hello. I have a lot of experience programming with C++ and forms. My last project was written completely in C++. I also know how to use the C++ std libraries, so there won't be any dependencies other than the standard ones installed with Windows. For testing I am going to use a VM with Windows XP through other versions as well. Let me get this one for you.

The limitations for the single exe file are strange while reasonable. However that may cause more efforts to link to third party libraries for parsing excel files and writing xml files because there are no such libraries in standard c++ library. All these stuff is not so difficult for c++ professionals like me. So please let me if you are fine with the deal. I don’t charge a penny if I cannot fulfill the requirements. Regards, Bruce
