Automation And User Base Management and Security Digital Studio Developer

As we are a studio producing music and music videos, with a need to grow much like netflix, and various digital platforms, but as we produce our own content for a specific client tell who are starting to book our studio to record music, work with me as the producer, within me having a decentralized community of creatives of whom provide work through my platform, I'm looking for a developer able to automate my platform to be able to respond to clients when they email the company and update me when I get an update from any of the emails of my platform. Within the need to save money for my platform to be able to service the various types of services i've experienced of which I can start to expend the platform to do more and have people starting to register to get published on the platform, I am looking to go from providing public content to starting to make the platform require people to register to know anything going on while having the developer able to improve the security system. Within conversations, you will need to be able to prove the platforms that will help support a secure system much like how people can register and do business on freelancer, fivre, facebook et.c I want them to be able to register to my platform and slowly start to speak to my developers of whom are able to service their digital needs while supporting the various live consultation for the various users of whom need to set up live appoitments with talents at home studio or at a communicated location.
