Aurea Search Exec doc

So we are an executive Search business in the Nordics (global too really), specifically for cloud tech start-ups/vendors. We have finalised all our branding etc but have found we continuously need personalised documents either for Executive search proposals, T&C's, psychometrics, exec candidate reviews, market analysis etc. I could probably do a lot myself but we are super busy - so I am looking for someone to really work on a retainer for initially a small amount of time a month to produce a personalised Aurea document for our different needs (they will all be very similar - logo, watermark maybe, contact details). Really straightforward stuff but would be a huge help for our business and as we grow this could be a bigger partnership for us. FIRSTLY we are looking for a personalised doc for our executive search proposals - [login to view URL] This gives an example of what I am looking for - however this is a free template so I am expecting something a lot sleeker and it must be fully editable (happy to give you all written content but IT MUST be editable on google docs) Also 2ndly We are looking for an editable document for showing our candidates to clients and a header/footer personalised doc with a faint logo in the background for our T&C's to be copied and pasted onto. I have attached in our 1 page promotional piece that includes our AUREA logo and any design elements needed for both docs. Please excuse my horrendous drawings but hopefully that gives you a guide to what I am looking for, the candidate document will be based on the same format as the promotional doc included, with a white background for ease and black writing ideally. The exec search document is key as a starting point then see how we get on :) This a document we give to clients to back up why we want them to pay us £10,000 (usually) upfront before we have completed any work - the wording I can do BUT it must be super sleek and unique !!
