I'm a competitive power-lifter from Sri Lanka, and has been competing since 02 years. Furthermore, I've been a regular gym goer for the past 06 years, and as such have vast experience on how exercise and training should be done for optimum results. In addition, I've also been a fan of home workouts when I've not been able to go to the gym, and have used similar equipment as you've uploaded to gain good results.
