Community networking site

I would like to build a community networking site similar to bebo.com. The company chosen for development must have experience with and be able to easily include the following; 1) Membership Enrollment, data capturing and management 2) Customizable User Profiles (similar to [login to view URL] and myspace) 3) Forums 4) Messaging, both private and public (eg, to a user’s friend list or to just one person) 5) User friendly video and image upload capability (possibly also small file storage) 6) Blogs and blogging tools 7) Forms, complex and simple 8) Automated email messages (notifications & mailing list) 9) Well blended automated advertisement placement. 10) Fast loading “Google-friendly” style pages. 11) Range of user friendly interfaces / interactivity. 12) Scripting for automated event management and site moderation. 13) Site and member search capabilities 14) Directory that can be easily browsed 15) Possibly some secure purchasing systems. 16) Possibly a news area able to display headlines etc This project needs to be able to go live by the start of August. The company awarded the work must be competent, experienced and able to finish the project on time and within budget. Submit bids with price, projected completion time and references.
