rainmeter menu

I need a rainmeter that will have an add record screen to add Name, Notes, An image (i would like to use .png's also clicking on the image add text should open a browse dialog to select image.) and a return to the main/display records area text to click. The records display screen would have a scroll bar. each record would have the name, notes, and an image, as well as an edit feature when the pencil icon is clicked, i would like this to be a transparent desktop type thing. i will be able to handle changing fonts, text color, pic sizes etc myself in edit skin but would like to also have the text shadowing included in the code since i may not be able to do the syntax initially. the bottom of the screen would have a add record icon and clicking save would save each record in the add screen. finally the list would be saved or maybe have a save button on the display screen so each time i load the skin it would have all the previous info entered. This may grow to a couple of hundred contact records, so if this is impractical please let me know.
