i own a patient management business and send our patients to various facilities for treatment. I want a "browser based" chat app that is only for clients located in the following location on my website /chat/[login to view URL] and when the clients login, an EMBEDDED chat window opens up at the above url. Each client has unique login and a separate chat window pops up with Client's name in header of chat window. My team will communicate via chat with each client. For example, a patient calls my company complaining about pain issue. Our team is in chat communication with various doctors offices that are currently logged into chat browser. Our team checks appointment availability in real time with doctors staff via chat. This is not a group chat. I will chat directly with a doctor's staff to book appointment immediately. I need to be able to give unique login credentials and link to each chat window.
