I have been employed by Cisco for 8 years of my life and work in our cyber-security division. I have been working with Cisco ASA and Firepower since the Sourcefire merger. I know FMC and FP extremely well and feel confident I can make this work. I can also set this up in my lab and have the configuration ported over to your ASA then restore the configuration on your FMC.
