I run a startup company. I need an expert to help me understand the the architecture of the 4G/5G cell tower and the bandwidth and latency characteristics of these channels. We are looking to bond multiple channels to get bandwidth and reliability. Example questions we want answers to:
How do we bond multiple channels with uncorrelated failure modes?
How do we correctly measure latency, bandwidth, and loss of coverage?
