We need Thai, Malay, and English voice agents to onboard clients to our SaaS platform. This is a 90 day project with possibility of full time work post project. CHTCS is a counter human trafficking tool that empowers enterprises to mitigate the risk of human trafficking within their supply chains. Our mission for this project is to engage clients who have agreed to our contract, run payments, and facilitate a simple onboarding process. Experince/Skills - Strong written and spoken English - Previous Customer Service or Sales in a Contact Center - Knowledge of CRM - Excel

I am Microsoft office certified and proficient in using CRM tools like Zoho; Asana and Sage etc I am able to work in your time zone, I have 2 Laptops both windows 10, with an average internet speed of 20mbps, I have 2 noise-canceling headsets one serves as a backup. My four years in customer service has offered me a good phone mannerism to be able to sooth agitated or distressed customers and as such, I am accustomed to multitasking, I have also acquired team membership and organisational skill. I have been able to use CRM tools like Asana and Sage to set appointments, respond to customers etc. I have used woocommerce and Zendesk in carrying out my duties. Due to my experience, I am able to work in your time zone, I have all the facilities that will enable me carry out this task exceptionally, I look forward to discussing with you personally.
