Retrospective Drawing

I've had some work done on my apartment which I've since found out requires planning permission. I spoke with the head of planning for Tower Hamlets and they've said that it's to do with the opening mechanism of the doors I've put in, which is why I need to submit the planning application. The work I had done was: - Installation of Bi-folding doors in the place of fixed double glazed panels and x2 full panel double glazed doors, (head of planning agrees looks the same but it's because of the opening mechanism being different we need planning) - Taking down of internal stud wall, (I've indemnified myself against this which the buyers solicitors has agreed to, however as it's all on the same floor it will be worth doing just incase) - Installation of a new loft light window due to the old one being rotten. This was like for like and again I have indemnified myself against this and the buyers solicitor agreed to it. Depending on price I would like all things covered on the retrospective drawing and if possible for the chose Designer to fill out the planning application on our behalf.
