Looking for CAD designer to help build pre roll machine

I'm looking for a CAD designer to help me build a multi level machine to help me with my CA licensed pre roll business. I'm looking for a 1/8" or so flat plate that has cones (funnels) extruding downward every 1/2" or so. The pre roll cones will then be inserted onto these funnels. Then a second plate with the same funnel size will be slid over the pre roll cones to trap the paper between the 3d printed extruded cones. Once all of the pre-roll cones are attached the device will be flipped right side up and then a specific metered amount of product will be slid into place dropping down the funnel into the cone. Once all of this is complete the last step will be a final block that has "plunger" type prongs/probes that will push down through the extruded cones to pack the material into the pre roll. I have mock drawings and sample pictures of everything I'm thinking about.
