I need a design engineer to design a Kiosk cabinet in solidworks that will fit equipment to be ready for prototype manufacturing.
I will provide the internal 3D equipment models to be used in the design.
I will provide the overall design.
Kiosk design key points:
Compact, Secure, Sleek and Cheap
Small footprint, Easy to use for all ages 18+, Serviceable (for internal equipment), Cheap to produce (less welding, more folding), Sleek and simple looking.
Ideal max dimensions (H x W x D) 1650 x 300 x 450 mm
Modules: Note Dispenser, Note Acceptor, Coin Hopper/recycler, Printer/Card Reader, Screen, Power Supply, Logic Housing, Reset Switch (outside cabinet RH), Remote Power Switch (Internal).
6mm sheet steel for bottom cabinet (Currency Equipment)
2.5mm sheet steel for top cabinet (Logic and Screen)
Main door security: 3 point locking (key), bracket in case of hinge removal, pinpad lock option (bottom).
Abloy Key Locks throughout design ( model provided )
Internal Housing and Lockable Door for Note Reader
Internal Housing and Lockable Door for Note Dispenser
Internal Cashbox under Coin Recycler
Input chute for coins into Coin Recycler

- the cabinet should be on a welded frame (you can't get rid of this - sorry :()
- all the walls/door could be riveted on the frame
- some brackets on rivnuts to hold the internal components
