I am trained in Catia, AutoCad, SolidEdge and Femap. I have done a project on Catia v5 where I did an assembly and simulation of a robotic arm. The file given to me was converted to the compatibility of the version of catia that I was using. This made further editing on those files hectic. But it gave me an opportunity to use and expand my knowledge on some of the rarely used tools of Catia. Catia is my favorite cad software to use, although solidworks is good. But I am fast in using Catia.

Successfully developed Choke cable assy for TVS three wheeler (TVS Auto) for LPG, CNG, Petrol Engines, using CATIA V5 r16 A unique mechanism to fix the body of knob on the dash board was successfully developed, For the first time the insert type of molding was developed to fix the knob with push rod (TVS Choke Knob & Push rod) which resulted in the improvement of product efficiency, Lesser assembly cycle time and hence leading to the profitability of the product, Later the mechanism was bench marked to other customers like Royal Enfield, TAFE, TVS, BAJAJ, IFB, EICHER Motors, Ashok Leyland Etc.
