I am learning to write c#. I need as simple a piece of c# code as possible to *Run as a console application *Generate a basic XML file *Connect to a webservice *Perform an HttpWebRequest with Digest authentication and pass the XML file to the web service *Receive back either an XML file and ready to be parsed with XMLReader or similar *Be fully documented at a level that someone with who understands the basic concepts of programming but is still learning C# as a beginner can understand I would like to be able to correspond on any pieces of the code I don't understand after it is delivered. The API I want to connect to is: [login to view URL] I can provide a working system to test against.
